We make die casts and drop forgings of copper, zinc and aluminium alloys. We accept orders for medium and short production batches manufactured using the modern technology of gravity die casting or hot drop forging of brass.

Product weight - die casts: brass up to 3 kg, aluminium up to 2 kg, zinc up to 2 kg, brass drop forgings up to 0.4 kg. In accordance with the technical documentation of the client or based on product samples presented.

We select the technology for the ordered product, design and manufacture core moulds, permanent moulds, forging dies, punches and a wide range of specialist machining tools in house.

We offer machining using conventional turret lathes as well as CNC lathes capable of machining items with diameters up to 350 mm. We make our own multi-point cutting tools.

We specialise in producing thermostatic valves, non-return valves for contamination prevention, filters for water and central heating. We fulfil orders for producing technical casts: clasps, clamps, pads, specialised tools.

We provide finishing machining, assembly and packaging. We test for tightness and functionality of operation. We offer services in cooperation with other providers, securing the purchase or manufacture of necessary subassemblies of other materials.
